Position: ACCOUNTANT
Location: York & Toodyay

Acclaim Accounting is a well established accounting practice dealing with a variety of clients based in Doubleview and with offices in York and Toodyay.

Due to an expansion of services in York and Toodyay, we are seeking the services of a full time accountant with at least 5 years experience in Australian public practice.

The ideal applicant will be based at the York Office.

Experience in the following areas will be required:

• Taxation compliance and preparation of returns
• Preparation of financial statements for companies, partnerships, trusts and sole traders
• Researching of tax legislation and its impact
• Preparation of BAS and IAS statements

In addition you will need to have:

• Degree qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and proven attention to detail
• Experience dealing with local businesses and individuals in order to build & develop relationships
• Ideally have HandiSoft, Agrimaster, MYOB, Xero, and ATO Portal experience
• A high level of computer literacy
